super food salad

My lunch:

* organic green leaves
* rinsed (400g can) lentils
* carrot
* cucumber
* blueberries
* chicken strips cooked in organic coconut oil
* capsicum
* Spanish onion
* small slice of cheese
* avocado
* splash of olive oil
* squeeze of lemon
* boiled egg
