Thank you to our wonderful neighbours for the gift of a bag full of cherry tomatoes this week! Unlike the supermarket variety they actually smell like tomatoes!!
Last night I added them to some flathead I was baking. They turn out so sweet and caramelised in the oven.
Tomorrow night I am planning our (almost weekly ritual) pizza night and am envisaging cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and bocconcini. Who needs lollies!
