Recipe Hunt & Keep Cups

 I am yet to find a recipe that specifically uses coconut oil. It sounds divine so might try using it to cook a stir-fry and some other fried morsels. Do you have a recipe that uses coconut oil?

My grandmother sent the children a Keep Cup each - perfectly sized to hold a babyccino so we can all be eco-conscious with our take-aways!
