pasta shells






 

A few nights ago I stuffed some pasta shells. Firstly in a pan I cooked off some garlic and onion then wilted spinach and grated zucchini. Once this mixture was cooled I added ricotta, parmesan and seasoned with salt and pepper.
 
I topped the shells with a tomato pasta sauce (I used a good quality one from a jar) then baked them at 180ºc for about half an hour with parmesan and mozarella over the top.

Yum!
