I got my dive ticket in PNG. 22ºc water temp. Ideal for a beginner diver. I wish I had pics of my dives. My first dive was on a cessna, the second off a beach, the third on an amazing coral shelf (Rasch Passage) and the fourth on an American bomber, a B25.

Only now have I had the chance to read up on the history of these sites. Gosh. It sends shivers down my spine to think their engineer died in the crash & a few of the crew who were able to swim to the nearby island were captured by Japanese soldiers, interrogated and died as prisoners of war.
