Pizza




Tonight I made a good rustic pizza.

* Tomato paste.
* Small amount of mozarella.
* Thinly sliced eggplant.
* Prosciutto - thinly sliced.
* Olives.
* Chilli and lemon infused goats fetta.
* Fresh basil pesto.

Delicious!
