Just Desserts



I LOVE this time of year. The fruit is sensational - nectarines, plums & peaches; watermelon; lychees; strawberries; cherries.

Each year I make a peach or nectarine crumble from this recipe I collected about 7 years ago. This time I replaced the ground ginger with mixed spiced.

Served with ice-cream the crumble received the tick of approval from my husband.

I am already looking forward to tomorrow evening when I can have more for dessert!
