The other day I wanted to make an 'egg in the basket' for the kids for their lunch. I decided against the traditional fried egg for some scrambled eggs - garlic chives, parsley, cheese and egg.
Instead of a hole we cut the centre out with a biscuit cutter and poured the egg mixture in. Whilst it wasn't the prettiest lunch we've ever made it was very tasty!
