.... make limoncello.
Technically speaking I asked life for lemons. Thanks to Freecycle I connected with a local woman who had a lemon tree with a tonne of lemons going to waste so we arranged for me to head to hers, prepared to scale her ladder.
Today I started making limoncello. I checked a few recipes. I'm using one that my mum has devised. its similar to this one on taste. With a couple of steps to complete over the next week or so I'll have to show you the finished product in another post.
I am dreaming of summer, the sun, the beach and a nip of ice cold limoncello!
